For more information regarding Operation Hierarchy, see the info below:
- The Operation is the highest level in the hierarchy. It is the main category that groups together variations specific to certain assets. An operation cannot function without at least one associated variation, indicating that variations are essential to operations.
- Variations represent specific instances or versions of asset-specific repairs that fall under that operation. Each operation must have one or more variations. When creating a new operation, the initial variation defaults to ALL MMEYs.
-
Inspection Line Item(s): This level encompasses various inspection line items, individual tasks, or aspects to be inspected within a particular operation. These inspection line items can span multiple locations, highlighting their broad applicability.
- Inspection Line Item Location(s): This is the most specific level in the hierarchy, detailing the exact physical locations where each inspection line item can be located. Each location corresponds to a particular item that requires inspection.
